Sushi Restaurant In Northern Kentucky is a Body Builders Best Friend

Sushi is a bodybuilder’s best friend. As a former bodybuilder I always struggled with dieting. Can after can of tuna fish got be a pain to eat and I was always looking way to eat right but have some enjoyment out of it. Well a sushi restaurant in northern Kentucky was my answer and is the answer to all body builders’ prayers. High protein, no fat, great taste, high in essential fatty acids, what more could you ask for. Sushi is not a particularly fattening food, and a low calorie meal is not out of the question if you choose sushi as your meal. While rice contains a fair amount of carbohydrates, sushi can be eaten without it as sashimi. Even a standard sushi item can be a healthy treat without all the calories.
People who exercise or diet do not often think about the relatively low amount of calories in seafood and they certainly don’t think of sushi as a high protein meal. Restaurants may also add ingredients, such as mayonnaise to some rolls, which will increase their caloric values.
A typical tradition roll such as spicy tuna can contain 24 grams of protein. That is a lot of protein and it tastes great as well.
